We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fireplace Installer & Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on both residential and commercial projects, handling installation, service, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient work while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain gas fireplaces and wood/pellet stoves.
• Perform preventive maintenance and educate homeowners on the benefits regular maintenance.
• Ensure top-tier customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety codes and manufacturer guidelines during installations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Communicate effectively with the sales manager and team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with hands and perform manual labor.
• Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and lift up to 300 lbs (assisted).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
