We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Working Kitchen Manager and Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. Working Kitchen Manager Requirments:

• Able to oversee all aspects of a busy, fast paced restaurant kitchen.
• Must be friendly and able to get along well with co-workers, other managers, and customers.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexible and willing to cover shifts as needed.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Training
• Ordering
• Maintaining kitchen expectations and times
• Work with FOH manager closely to co-ordinate specials, food ordering, etc.
• Stocking, prep, cleaning

Hours and pay: 

• 35-40 hours per week

• Very competitive pay ($18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

 

Cook Requirements:

• Must be friendly and able to get along well with co-workers, managers, and customers.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible and willing to shift between all stations as needed and take food to customers as needed.
• Willing to be cross trained to include cooking, pizza kitchen and prep.
• Able to follow directions, recipes and procedures as shown by management and/or other cooks.
• Cleaning equipment and kitchens before, during and after shifts.

Hours and pay : 

• 25 to 40 hours per week

• Very competitive pay ($15-18 per hour depending on experience) not including kitchen tip out.

• Organization in all areas
