We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Working Kitchen Manager and Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. Whether you're building your culinary experience or looking for something new, this is a great opportunity in a fun, fast-paced restaurant that values great food and even better teamwork. We offer flexible schedules (to include nights, days, weekends and holidays)
Working Kitchen Manager Requirments:
- Able to oversee all aspects of a busy, fast paced restaurant kitchen.
- Must be friendly and able to get along well with co-workers, other managers, and customers.
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible and willing to cover shifts as needed.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling
- Training
- Ordering
- Maintaining kitchen expectations and times
- Work with FOH manager closely to co-ordinate specials, food ordering, etc.
- Stocking, prep, cleaning
Hours and pay:
- 35-40 hours per week

Very competitive pay ($18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)
Cook Requirements:
- Must be friendly and able to get along well with co-workers, managers, and customers.
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexible and willing to shift between all stations as needed and take food to customers as needed.
- Willing to be cross trained to include cooking, pizza kitchen and prep.
- Able to follow directions, recipes and procedures as shown by management and/or other cooks.
- Cleaning equipment and kitchens before, during and after shifts.
Hours and pay :
- 25 to 40 hours per week

Very competitive pay ($15-18 per hour depending on experience) not including kitchen tip out.

- Broaster
- Salad prep
- Pizza making/cooking
- Organization in all areas
