Hometown Restyling is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Framing Foreman to join our team of dedicated remodeling professionals.

What You’ll Do

As a Framing Foreman, you’ll:

• Lead a crew on residential remodels including framing, roofing, siding, and trim work
• Train and mentor carpenters and laborers on the job
• Read blueprints and build to spec, following all building codes
• Communicate clearly with team members, customers, and management
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and done right

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on residential construction/remodeling experience
• Skilled in framing, roofing, siding, and trim work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong leadership and time management
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
