Office Evolution is seeking a Business Center Manager (BCM) to manage day-to-day operations, marketing, sales, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleaning services.
  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budgets and financial reporting using QuickBooks.

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Execute paid social media campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Suggest and implement features to boost brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.

Sales & Client Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Actively seek new clients through community engagement and networking events.
  • Process sales transactions, manage client onboarding, and handle contract renewals.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Answer emails and phone inquiries.
  • Onboard new members and set up access credentials.
  • Prepare monthly invoices, newsletters, and reports.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related experience without degree is accepted.  
  • This can be a full or parttime position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • 0–10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online marketing channels.
  • Passion for networking, entrepreneurship, and small business development.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Benefits:

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $30,000 to $40,000 per year.
  • Commission: Based on business center profitability, ranging from $0 to $6,000 per year.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full or Part Time.
  • Perks: Flexible schedule, summer hours, no weekends, and paid time off.
