We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will primarily involve answering incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving client issues. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of daily orders that require verification with clients through email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, this position includes conducting drug testing and performing ink-rolled fingerprinting. 

IN OFFICE Position M-F 8-5 in Cedar Rapids 

Two years office employment experience preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, addressing questions and concerns
  • Manage and resolve client order issues by verifying information provided by the client and corresponding via email over a set time 
  • Ensure efficient tracking and follow-up on client communication to maintain organizational standards
  • Perform drug testing and ink-rolled fingerprinting as part of assigned duties
  • Handle sensitive personal information (PII) with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to data privacy standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, especially in phone interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience

• • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Paralegal Education and or experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on client communication 
  • Proven customer service experience 
  • Ability to handle sensitive task, including drug testing and fingerprinting, and managing PII, with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including email, data management software, and other advanced office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and maintain data security
