Responsibilities

• Professional with a positive attitude to go the extra mile and provide our customers with excellent customer service. 
• Be able to work in a very Face Paced, sometimes noisy Environment
• Answer customer phone calls from a multi line phone system and assist customers with what needs they are coming to our business for. Professionally directing them to the right place.
• Communicate directly with other employees and Management as deemed necessary
• Execute problem solving skills as needed
• Strong Knowledge of multi line phone system / numerical & alphabetical filing and data entry
• Privacy laws required to be followed.

Qualifications

• Multi line phone system Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, Previous Reception Experience is required
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate computers and technology
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Need to be dependable & punctual
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new computer programs
• Able to lift 10-15 lbs as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Hours include 8A-5P Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturday 9A-2P
