Bookkeeper
Heritage Property Management
We are looking to hire a self-motivated individual to join our accounting team in the Property Management business as Full-Time Bookkeeper
The candidate must be:
- Reliable
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Work comfortably with deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- A great team player along with being able to work on your own
- Computer efficiency is also a must.
Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper position:
- Responsible for financial reports within portfolio of properties managed
- Work directly with professional property management team on accounting for properties
- Account Payables & Receivables for specific properties in portfolio
- General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, and statement reviews
- Prepare and submit ACH payments monthly
- Reconcile accounts monthly
This is a full time position and offers a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, 401K, and flex spending.
Requirements:
- Two year accounting degree or equivalent work experience is a must.
- Applicant must have valid driver's license
